A scalable SaaS dashboard designed to help teams monitor performance, manage workflows, and access complex business information through a clear and consistent interface.
Challenge
Users had to work with large amounts of information across disconnected screens. Inconsistent components and unclear data hierarchy made everyday tasks slower and increased the effort required to understand performance.
Process
I mapped key workflows, grouped information according to user priorities, and designed dashboard structures for different roles. A reusable design system was created with accessible components, responsive layouts, data tables, filters, charts, and interaction patterns.
Result
The solution made complex information easier to scan and improved consistency across the product. The component-based system also supported faster design iterations, smoother developer handoff, and scalable development of future features.
